Passed away at Deer Lodge Hospital stripped of his dignity, life-long
belongings. Andy Bouchard confiscated his father's motorhome, traded
it in for one for himself and spent the winter months in Arizona while
his father was in the hospital December 'till his death. No visit from
Andy Bouchard! After being evicted from his home of over 50 years by
son Andy Bouchard of Portage La Prairie, sisters Lynda Staub of Rosser,
Claire Demery of Teulon, & Helene Johnson Big Bend, Wisconsin,
Lionel Bouchard was moved to three different Manitoba Housing
projects, St. Eustache, on Osborne, then Country Club while being #1 at
the Elie Cartier Manor where he was first on the list for years!

went to be with the Lord.
This caring, loving daughter who would never have allowed her siblings to treat their father so cruelly, starting with evicting him from his home!

More Family Abuse! October 19, 2012, the website authors learned that an
Uncle in Elie passed away two weeks prior. Lynda
Staub had been contacted on behalf of the family, yet
deliberately chose not to inform three of her sisters.
These were the same siblings Lynda Staub chose for her
mother, who was heavily sedated on morphine, to
exclude in a new Will in July 2006, prepared by Lynda
Staub's lawyer - the same lawyer who witnessed Andy Bouchard
deceive his father into signing a power of attorney.

This Power of Attorney Lionel Bouchard alleges he had no prior
knowledge of - allegedly initiated by Andy Bouchard by
Andy's lawyer's drawn in favour of Andy Bouchard and Lynda
Staub after Lionel's fall in December 2005.
Particularly upset is Lionel Bouchard's youngest
daughter, who had given up of her time, at her cost, to take her
father, on several occasions, to visit his relatives and friends in
Elie. Lionel Bouchard first contacted his daughter in
December 2011, after returning on his own to Winnipeg in
mid-August 2011, after 3 1/2 years in B.C. Lionel informed
his daughter he had been sworn to secrecy, and ordered
by her siblings "not to have any contact with her"!
Lionel Bouchard broke his silence when he needed a ride to
attend a nephew's wedding, calling up his youngest daughter of
Winnipeg as Mike Slegers had since August 20008
refused to return Lionel's van but had been trying to extort
$5,000 from Lionel for "his services". Mike also refused to
present any kind of bill as proof of any debt. Mike has deprived
Lionel of his independence, forcing 88 year old Lionel to use
the city bus with no means to get to the country where he belongs
as a retired farmer.
Not having been informed about her uncle's death,
Lionel Bouchard's youngest daughter missed her
uncle's funeral and was robbed of an opportunity to visit with
the large scattered extended family at a get-together with
her cousins & other relatives - a great insult in light of
her recent efforts to reacquaint herself with relatives
and friends of Elie and surrounding area of
St. Francois Xavier.
Lynda Staub had recently placed her father in an out-of the
way Housing Complex, which telephone was listed under
Lynda Staub's name to make it difficult to get his
number, difficult for his elderly friends to drive to, this despite
Lionel Bouchard being #1 on the "Waiting List" in Elie at
the Cartier Manor, having already been by-passed for
a room since his return to Manitoba despite having been
called three times for a room while living temporarily in
B.C. at his daughter's house!
Lionel Bouchard voiced repeatedly his displeasure at
living in a 'rough area' of welfare (alcoholics and drug
addicts) residents in the complex after the fifth or sixth
bed-bug infestation in this low-cost rental housing high
rise.
Lynda Staub "blocked" her father's request "for a
transfer" to a more suitable temporary unit on Portage
Avenue where Lionel Bouchard knew one tenant, his former
fiancée, "former" as a result of interference of these family
abusers who broke up the engagement with the aid of Peggy
Keough who discredited his fiancée to Lionel, this according to
conversations with his sister Madeleine Fillion. This slander
allegedly was instigated by Andy Bouchard who would then have
been unable to evict his father from his home of over 50
years, had his father married, as this fiancée had

Lionel Bouchard, admits to being forced to perjure himself when threatened and coerced into placing "false assault charge against daughter" from B.C. in 2006, after being driven to Headingley RCMP by Andy Bouchard.
On February 1, 2006, Andy Bouchard breached the "No Contact" as documented by the RCMP records. Andy drove Lionel Bouchard to remove the first of two theft charges against Andy Bouchard for stealing his father's cellular phone as Lionel Bouchard had no landline. Andy, enraged at having had his power of attorney revoked, and in a telephone call from sister in Calgary at being exposed for plotting to evict their father out of his home of fifty years!
Once again, Andy Bouchard drove Lionel Bouchard to the Headingley RCMP, days after the "alleged assault" to lay more false charges against his sister for having exposed Andy Bouchard for initially trying to "commit" their father. Having failed, Andy evicted his father from his humble home in Elie on the Bouchard Centennial homestead.
Andy's motives, were in retaliation for two theft charges on January 30, 2006, Andy Bouchard having stolen both his father and sister's cellular telephones at his father's house in Elie. Stolen property found in Andy's possession at the banquet hall of the Holiday Inn on Moray Street. Andy's motive was to isolate his father from any help to remain in his home. That morning, Andy's oldest sister from Calgary had been on the cellular warning her father and sister about the "plot" to remove their father from the farm house. This sister had been notified by her youngest sister of Winnipeg who Andy had called three times that morning to pressure her to attend the "family ambush" at the Holiday Inn which she in her wisdom, not trusting her brother, she refused to partake in....
In the audio, Lionel Bouchard's voice is paralyzed with fear, fully aware of Andy Bouchard's well-known viscious temper, past threats to his life, and blackmail. Lionel is deathly afraid to expose the truth and is extremely frustrating to talk to as Lionel "skirts" the truth as to the extent of blackmail, threats of child abuse by Lynda Staub, etc. - subjected to by his children in Manitoba techniques used to control him.

Lynda Staub's threats of criminal charges against father and sister after Lionel Bouchard first arrived in B.C. meant to install such "fear" (despite being false charges) in order that Lionel not return to Manitoba to legally enforce his "life estate".
According to the Maple Ridge, B.C. RCMP, Lynda Staub, when contacted by the Stonewall RCMP, refused to answer their calls.

In other words, Jeannette Van Steelant's life was worth less than $10,000 to each of these family abusers!
All meal and liquor expenses for family reunions held at the Staub's, due to larger area for family members, funded by mother Jeannette Van Steelant.

Two cases are special interest.
Firstly with respect to Andy & Angie Bouchard's $185,000 mortgage signed December 14, 2005 not registered until February 14, 2006.
Secondly, transfer of mother Jeannette Van Steelant's property to her husband Robert Van Steelant signed July 6, 2006, not registered until October 24, 2006, whereby Lynda Staub added her name on title as "joint-owner" with her step-father, without either her mother or step-father's knowledge or consent.

Lionel Bouchard, admits to being forced to perjure himself when threatened and coerced into placing "false assault charge against daughter" from B.C. in 2006, after being driven to Headingley RCMP by Andy Bouchard.
On February 1, 2006, Andy Bouchard breached the "No Contact" as documented by the RCMP records. Andy drove Lionel Bouchard to remove the first of two theft charges against Andy Bouchard for stealing his father's cellular phone as Lionel Bouchard had no landline. Andy, enraged at having had his power of attorney revoked, and in a telephone call from sister in Calgary at being exposed for plotting to evict their father out of his home of fifty years!
Once again, Andy Bouchard drove Lionel Bouchard to the Headingley RCMP, days after the "alleged assault" to lay more false charges against his sister for having exposed Andy Bouchard for initially trying to "commit" their father. Having failed, Andy evicted his father from his humble home in Elie on the Bouchard Centennial homestead.
Andy's motives, were in retaliation for two theft charges on January 30, 2006, Andy Bouchard having stolen both his father and sister's cellular telephones at his father's house in Elie. Stolen property found in Andy's possession at the banquet hall of the Holiday Inn on Moray Street. Andy's motive was to isolate his father from any help to remain in his home. That morning, Andy's oldest sister from Calgary had been on the cellular warning her father and sister about the "plot" to remove their father from the farm house. This sister had been notified by her youngest sister of Winnipeg who Andy had called three times that morning to pressure her to attend the "family ambush" at the Holiday Inn which she in her wisdom, not trusting her brother, she refused to partake in....
In the audio, Lionel Bouchard's voice is paralyzed with fear, fully aware of Andy Bouchard's well-known viscious temper, past threats to his life, and blackmail. Lionel is deathly afraid to expose the truth and is extremely frustrating to talk to as Lionel "skirts" the truth as to the extent of blackmail, threats of child abuse by Lynda Staub, etc. - subjected to by his children in Manitoba techniques used to control him.

Lynda Staub's threats of criminal charges against father and sister after Lionel Bouchard first arrived in B.C. meant to install such "fear" (despite being false charges) in order that Lionel not return to Manitoba to legally enforce his "life estate".
According to the Maple Ridge, B.C. RCMP, Lynda Staub, when contacted by the Stonewall RCMP, refused to answer their calls.
From Lionel Bouchard's actions since returning to Manitoba in August 2011, it is apparent these "fear" tactics have worked!
Lionel has given up his claim to what little he had left in life. Lionel experienced first hand, and having been made to partake in this deception, how viscious his children's actions have been to their sister. Evident was the numerous false repeatedy charges, without any concern whatsoever to the havoc wreaked in the process.
These family abusers, over the years, have much to hide, terrified of being found out for their all illegal activity with respect to family abuse and alleged numerous other illegal acts, including, but not restricted to, Winnipeg Land Titles.
Audio DVD tapes distributed in Manitoba - based on the "Truth" ~ "in their own
words" ~ family abusers own affidavits ~ court transcripts ~ documents,
conversations as "insurance" against the flood of lies perpetrated by abusers in
Manitoba whereby they take at times, an ounce of truth, and twist it until totally
distorted fabricating accusations to cover their illegal activities of the past
numerous years!
