Andy Bouchard was caught in the act of slipping power of attorney beneath insurance & driver licence renewal papers "tricking" his father into signing a document he had refused to sign for over one half hour! Refer to Lionel Bouchard's stubborn (rightfully so) demeanour where for over one half hour he was refusing to sign the power of attorney.

Lionel Bouchard denied having commenced a power of attorney but which Andy obtained(alleged "retroactively")
from Andy's own lawyer for his father to sign while in the Grace Hospital.  In one of Lynda and/or Andy's affidavits sworn in court, the date Lionel Bouchard "purportedly" went in to initiate this power of attorney was in the late fall.                 (Click here)
