  LIONEL BOUCHARD'S COMPLAINT TO THE ROYAL BANK

One of Lionel Bouchard's complaints was with respect to delay and manipulation of registration at Winnipeg Land Titles where employee Lynda Staub has worked for the past twenty plus years.

Lynda Staub has admitted to her step-father Robert Van Steelant and mother that she was in the habit of deliberately withholding registrations in her desk - in direct contravention and illegally interfering with the "mandatory five-day filing procedure" at Winnipeg Land Titles Office !!!

Andy & Angie Bouchard's mortgage approved  December 14, 2005,  (two days before Lionel Bouchard's slip on ice) yet not registered in Winnipeg Land Titles until February 13, 2006, the day prior to Andy  Bouchard, Lynda Staub, Claire Demery and Lionel Bouchard (who stated
he has no recollection of attending court allegedly "drugged" as Lionel Bouchard as did the other parties involved, slept overnight at Andy's  the night prior) to the Peace Bond Application in Portage La Prairie whereby all four applications were dismissed!
