In mid-August, 2011, upon his return from B.C., Lionel Bouchard was isolated in Ontario, out of Manitoba Jurisdiction at his sister-in-law Margaret Bouchard in Keewatin until the three Protection Orders were removed from Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery.

Peggy Keough and Margaret Bouchard, in court, supported the orders being "set aside" appearing in court with  Lionel Bouchard overthrow the second set of protection orders.

There is evidence of Andy Bouchard "breaching" the Protection Order in having Lionel Bouchard agree to "abandon his claim for life estate and as unpaid mortgage holder".

As predicted, immediately after Peggy Keough was covertly manipulated to remove the second  of three existing Protection Orders against Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub & Claire  Demery, her  power of attorney over her brother Lionel  Bouchard was revoked!
