Grace Hospital, January 2006, Andy Bouchard accompanied by Lynda Staub, hid a "Power of Attorney" beneath insurance & driver licence renewal forms after their father, Lionel Bouchard, for over half an hour refused vehemently to sign the power of attorney. Upon learning of this despicable deception (family abuse) upon being discharged Bouchard revoked the document. Andy Bouchard opened up a "personal injury lawsuit" with David Bradley the next day and then transferred the civil suit to his own lawyer - and demanded that he, Andy Bouchard, get paid the first $2,500 for his "trouble"..... |

At age 82, Lionel Bouchard forcibly removed against his will on February 14, 2006, from his home of 50 years in Elie to a Manitoba Housing Project - St. Eustache Manor, Manitoba, by malicious-greedy son!
Andy Bouchard denied to RCMP and everyone else to having entered into a legal Life Estate Agreement with his father, nor the mortgage his father carried on his behalf, which was never registered by sister Lynda Staub who works at Winnipeg Land Titles office.
