Manitoba Housing
Osborne Street, Winnipeg
Lionel Bouchard's doctor's letter to Manitoba Housing to relocate him from existing accommodations on the eighth floor, whereby he has repeatedly stated to his youngest
daughter that he absolutely "detests living there" especially in light of the fact he has lived in the country all his life as a farmer. The city, in a high rise no less, is not the place for his
retirement!!!
Immediately after Lynda Staub was aware that her father's doctor recommended a move from this complex, Lynda Staub forced her father to give her authority to look after his
accommodations and ordered her father to break communication with youngest daughter in Winnipeg - the one who had been assisting him her father with his request for a move.
Lionel Bouchard was allegedly threatened once again to comply, for fear of Lynda Staub making good her "child abuse charge".....

Lynda Staub threatening her father with jail!!!!
Due to very "rough area", residents on welfare, alcoholic and drug addicts contribute to numerous "bed-bug infestations", Lionel Bouchard has been seeking to move.
(Audio clip.) Terrible place!
Evidence that Lynda Staub has "blocked" her father's relocation to another Manitoba Housing facility on PortageAvenue, closer for his friends to come and visit him.

Lynda Staub overseeing father's accommodations after she learned her youngest sister Doreen was assisting her father was wanting to relocate to a place closer to outskirt of city where his friends could visit. Keep in mind at this point, Lynda Staub was already taken a big chunk of her father's meager pension to pay for her legal fees to fight her father in the No Contact Order she contested out of spite only when her father was living in B.C. with the daughter who was paying his legal fees to get a possession order back into his house as a result of legal Life Estate Lionel Bouchard had entered into with his bullying son who demanded his father sell the second half of Bouchard farm to him, and to carry interest free a mortgage at the same time, which neither he nor his sister Lynda Staub who works at Winnipeg Land Title deliberately failed to file paving the way for Andy Bouchard to immediately take out a $185,000 mortgage on the property and Lynda Staub delaying registration of that document for two months by virtue of her employment at Winnipeg Land Titles office!!!
Lionel Bouchard confided in his youngest daughter that he absolutely detested living on Osborne Street, This is where they placed their 88 year old father, in a far-out of the way low rental housing apartment on the 8th floor which Lynda Staub, Claire Demery and Andy Bouchard put their father in as opposed to allowing him to live out his final years in his home town of Elie Manor in his very own home of which he was robbed of his life estate by the despicable actions of these children since January 2006!!!!
