LYNDA STAUB LOOKING AFTER HER FATHER'S HOUSING, CONTROLLING HIS MEAGER PENSION CHEQUE

After Lionel Bouchard asked his youngest daughter Doreen to assist him to move to the Manitoba Housing Complex in St. James, Lynda Staub rudely informed her youngest sister that she was "in charge" and then posted his "authorization" (below) in Lionel Bouchard's binder.

Lynda Staub is also controlling her father's meager pension cheque, rationing him $20 at a time - as Lynda sees fit, "her father's legal bills", yet providing no accounting or proof of where approximately $600 of his monthly pension of $1,400 goes.

In our opinion, our belief is that Lynda Staub is paying  her  own enormous legal fees from her father's pension which were incurred when Lynda Staub protested the No Contact Order ~ one of several against her imposed by her father and the Justice of the Peace.

Lynda Staub has made no effort to retrieve her father's  Dodge van confiscated by Mike Slegers in St. Francois who is extorting $5,000 yet Mike Slegers refuses to present a bill for what this purportedly represents.

Lionel Bouchard has been stripped of his wheels to drive with despite having been  accident free his entire life. 

This 88-year old father has been cruelly forced to take a bus to get around - unable to "come and go" as he pleases to visit his friends in Elie, the town he has lived in all his life and has become increasingly more unhappy since returning to Winnipeg in 2011.

Lionel Bouchard's motorhome is parked on the Bouchard homestead in Elie, in Lionel's yard, to which he has a Life Estate agreement since 2002, until forced by Andy Bouchard to abandon his claim in September 2011 while there was a Protection Order which Andy breached! 

An intruder placed there by Andy Bouchard currently sleeps in Lionel Bouchard's bedroom.....                                

         The reply from Manitoba Housing (which we suspect Lynda
         Staub had a lot to do with its decision) is that Lionel Bouchard, an
         88-year-old senior, despite a doctor's note, has been told he
         cannot relocate until the anniversary date of his tenancy
         (December). Yet the same Manitoba Housing at the St.
        Eustache Manor had Lionel's rent in 2006 on a month-to-month
