CANCELLING ROOM

 
As per his wishes, Lionel Bouchard, upon being discharged from the Grace Hospital, was taken by his daugther of B.C. to his home in Elie (which front door lock had been changed by Andy Bouchard to prevent his entry). Fortunately the back door lock because of the snow had not been changed where they gained entry. 

In the hospital, Lionel Bouchard had been forced by Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub to apply for a room at the Manitoba Housing Complex in St. Eustache, as a condition of release from the hospital, on the pretense of "home care" attended only that facility and not his home (closer) in Elie.

Upon arriving at his home from the hospital, Lionel Bouchard called Manitoba Housing in Portage to cancel this room followed by this fax.

On February 14, 2006, two weeks after signing this Agreement with their sister from B.C. top have her return to B.C., Andy & Angie Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery moved their  father to St. Eustache against his will!. Lionel Bouchard claimed he had been drugged that day in order to try to procure four Peace Bonds against his daughter from B.C. who was assisting him in staying in his home as per his wishes. 

The night prior to the hearing in Portage, Lionel Bouchard slept at Andy and Angie Bouchard's house, along with Claire Demery & Lynda Staub where Lionel Bouchard believes he was drugged as he had no knowledge of the application for a Peace Bond until he learned of it three years later in B.C. !

Lionel Bouchard was moved to St. Eustache Manor (an assisted living facility NOT which Andy Bouchard had convinced his out-of-town siblings was the case when not to have them side with him against the sister from B.C. who knew the truth and had unearthed their evil plot to evict their father out of his home.

Lionel Bouchard was moved with the stipulation that he could move back in June - all the while Andy Bouchard had designs and had put the property up for sale!
