Michael Clark hired by Andy Bouchard to draft "No Trespass Orders".  One pertained to the Elie Bouchard Centennial homestead, a second for the St. Eustache Manor & a third for Andy & Angie Bouchard's property in Portage La Prairie.

After his power of attorney was revoked on January 27, 2006, André Bouchard forced his father to move his Personal Injury Lawsuit from David Bradley's office at Wilder & Wilder, to Michael Clark's firm at Myers Weinberg, and in so doing, cost his father an additinal $900 plus in fees!                                  (Click here.)

Claire Demery became aware that she was the new power of attorney for her father after Andy Bouchard was charged with theft of his sister's cellular phone and binder
 which revealed the new power of attorney. 

As Claire's sister had paid for her father's new power of attorney, at his request she took the original with her to B.C., only to be which was to be used only in the case of an emergency and not meant to override her father's day-to-day business affairs.

Claire Demery managed to convince lawyer David Bradley to issue her a copy, without her father's permission, which Claire Demery used to close down her father's line of credit at the Caisse Populaire d'Elie to financially destitute him in order to
prevent him from securing legal counsel.

Immediately after his father revoked his power of attorney, Andy Bouchard was charged for theft of his father and sister's cellular phones.  Andy immediately deceived his siblings into writing emails to Mr. David Bradley against sister from B.C.  Léona Bouchard has since recanted her letter after realizing she was duped by her brother!
