FALSE ACCUSATIONS & DEPRIVED OF HER LEGAL RIGHTS
Andy Bouchard called his sister's lawyer Mark Wasilyw three times to interfere with her legal representation and to discredit her to her lawyer.
In court, May 2006, Andy Bouchard and his father Lionel Bouchard stated that they wished for sister to have a psychiatric evaluation at the time when sister went to deal with false "assault" charges from Lionel Bouchard & Lynda Staub for which she was acquitted on both charges.
On the stand, under oath, Lionel Bouchard admitted the alleged assault did not occur!!!
Lionel Bouchard later admitted having been been driven by Andy Bouchard the following day after the alleged incident, to charge his daughter for an assault that never occurred!
This was in part retaliation for Andy Bouchard having been charged with two counts of theft on January 29, 2006, after Andy Bouchard stole both his father and sister's cellular phones from his father's house in Elie, leaving both with no communication whatsoever after Andy Bouchard discovered his plot to move his father with the aid of his siblings was foiled after he harassed and demanded his youngest sister Doreen
attend the banquet dinner at the Holiday meant as a cover to move against his father. Not being in agreement with Andy, Doreen had called her older sister Leona in Calgary who was on the phone warning her father and sister of the ploy when Andy Bouchard walked in and enraged at being exposed for plot!
At the time, Andy was so furious that his sister of Calgary was on the telephone that he stole his sister and father's cellular telephones after Andy's ambush at the Holiday Inn in Winnipeg to evict his father from his home and denying the existing of a life estate agreement held between the two parties was foiled!
