   Applications orchestrated by Andy Bouchard to ensure 
   Lionel Bouchard had no assistance in remaining in his home
   of over fifty years after being discharged from Grace 
   Hospital and taken home by daughter who had flown in 
   from B.C. to ensure her father returned home in accordance
​   to his wishes. 
   Days prior to that, at the Grace Hospital, Lionel Bouchard was told by
   Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub that Lionel, as a "condition for
   his release" had to sign a rental agreement to the St.
   Eustache Manitoba Housing complex!

   Andy Bouchard had already told Susie Waldner and his sister from
    B.C. that Lionel Bouchard  "was NEVER going home"! 

    Andy Bouchard had already changed the front door lock to
    Lionel's house, contrary to a life estate in place since 2002!

             Lionel Bouchard claims he was "drugged" as slept over at Andy
                   Bouchard's the night before court, along with Lynda Staub and
                   Claire Demery!
                      
              The first he learned of this peace bond application is when he
                   saw the transcripts in 2008 when he sought safe haven from his
                   abusive children and flew to B.C.!

               In B.C., with the financial aid of his daughter, Lionel Bouchard commenced
                     a civil suit for "possession of his home based on a legal life estate
                     agreement he had signed with Andy Bouchard in 2002 -
              (which Andy Bouchard was denying its existence until forced to
                   produce it in court in 2008) .
              Neither the mortgage Lionel Bouchard carried on behalf of Andy Bouchard,
                     nor the life neither were never registered!

               Lynda Staub who has worked at Winnipeg Land Titles office for over
                      twenty years  as a document examiner deliberately and negligently had
                      failed to safe guard her father's interests.
