l.   On New Year's Day 2016, after Lionel Bouchard after being hospitalized December 27, 2006, for a follow-up to the 24-hour Emergency visit by ambulance for a concussion suffered the week prior for a "slip and fall on ice" while attending a friend's funeral, (after nearly dieing three times according to the nurse on duty) Andy Bouchard, Angie Bouchard, Lynda Staub, Claire Demery stripped their father of all his personal belongings. 

2.   In an admission by email Lynda Staub claims that Andy Bouchard took out 27 bags of his father's possessions to the dump, leaving him only what "they" felt he needed in order to move him to a Manitoba Housing Project in St. Eustache where they colluded to secretly move their father. 

3.  In that process, Andy Bouchard & Lynda Staub stole $500 worth of pre-sold pickerel fish that Lionel Bouchard had just purchased for his existing clients.  (This Andy Bouchard followed up by ordering the fisherman from upcountry NOT TO SELL ANY MORE FISH TO HIS FATHER LIONEL BOUCHARD, thereby cutting off that minuscule income stream - but more importantly social aspect to this 82-year old senior!

4.  The following year, Lionel Bouchard was forced by Andy Bouchard to clean up the back bush area in order to receive his annual $7,000 (interest-free) mortgage payment from Andy Bouchard. Lionel discovered buried in the dirt,  title/deed certificates which he turned over to his lawyer Winston Smith in 2008 when he commenced a lawsuit to try to regain legal possession of his humble home in Elie, Manitoba.

5.  The second week in January 2006, Andy Bouchard called his older sister Marlene in Vancouver to inform her their Dad "was cornflakes", that he needed to be institutionalized, and that "she could have him if she wanted him"!  Sensing "foul play",  Marlene flew out immediately four hours later to Winnipeg to investigate for herself!

6.  When Marlene arrived at the Grace Hospital,  she and Susie Waldner  were told by Andy Bouchard that "under no circumstances was their Dad ever going home"!
Andy Bouchard advised both of them that he had already been looking at a psychiatric facility in Portage La Prairie! 

7.  Upon questioning Lynda Staub, she admitted that there was an agreement that their father could remain in his home, but that it was "only verbal"!!!!!  If so, why?  Lynda Staub has worked at  Winnipeg Land Titles office for over 20 plus years.  As she maintained weekly contact with her father, why did she not ensure his rights to a Life Estate were not registered?  Why was the interest-free mortgage held by Lionel Bouchard not also registered? In not looking after her father's affairs, she paved the way for Andy Bouchard to immediately after he brow-beat his father into selling the second half of the Bouchard property to him - according to witness Susie Waldner his then fiancée.  (Ex- fiancée as Andy Bouchard, Claire Demery, Lynda Staub and Peggy Keough discouraged Lionel from marrying an ex-Hutterite lady & stole his chance at love and happiness in retirement in his home as Susie would have stood in the way of removing their father!)

8.   Of particular interest is the fact that a $185,000 mortgage taken out in favour of the Royal Bank in December 2005, a week prior to Lionel Bouchard's fall, was NEVER registered until February 14, 2006.  That date February 14, 2006, also coincided with the day that Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery drugged their father (according to his admission as he has ZERO recollection of being in court), spending the night prior at Andy Bouchard's along with Angie Bouchard, L:ynda Staub, Claire Demery, in order for all four parties could try, unsuccessfully, in an Ex-parte application to which Marlene sensed the move appeared unannounced (yet again) to get a Peace Bond against their sister Marlene of B.C.  In the transcript, the judge admittedly chastised the parties for their haste which he deemed not an emergency in removing their father from his home and suggested third party negotiations. 

9.  Immediately after the disappointing court ruling,  Andy Bouchard, Angie Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery packed up the rest of Lionel Bouchard's belongings and moved him into the St. Eustache Manor, this after Lionel cancelling the room two weeks prior!

10.  Prior to this while in the Grace Hospital, Andy Bouchard had already programmed the staff  that his father was crazy, and had psychiatrists assess him - for a slip and fall???  Recovery to athletes is normally weeks, if not months and her. Andy Bouchard was going around the community, to the Hutterite Colonies stating that his father was "a-goner" which upset those who were lied to.

11.  Andy Bouchard pressured Lionel Bouchard's roommate and at least one Hutterite friends to write a letter stating that his father was now mental - which they all refused!  In an affidavit in 2008, Andy Bouchard perjured himself when he stated that his father's place "a nuisance ground cluttered arena".  Lionel Bouchard's roommate contradicted this claim.

12.  In the conversation to his sister Marlene of B.C., Andy Bouchard told her that he had already made low-key enquiries as to the cause of the accident at the church, that he  deemed the Church negligent in not sanding the icy sidewalks due to the fact that the carpets in the church had just been cleaned in time for Christmas. Andy admitted to her that he planned to open a personal lawsuit on behalf of his father against the St. Eustache Church.

13.  Upon her arrival from B.C.,  Marlene observed Andy Bouchard's deviousness, for over one half hour, and the manner in how he tricked their father into signing a Power of Attorney in favour of himself and Lynda Staub.

14.  This Power of Attorney had been drafted by Christiansen Law Firm of Portage La Prairie,  Andy Bouchard's lawyer.  Andy Bouchard stated that his father had requested a Power of Attorney be drawn up in the late fall, but had never returned to sign it. 

15.  Andy Bouchard swore at his sister Marlene for taking this famous picture of this heinous dirty deed and bullied her to turn over the film, which she did, but later demanded it be returned to her.

16.  Lionel Bouchard while living with Marlene in B.C. in 2008 - 2011, confirmed that this Power of Attorney had been initiated by Andy Bouchard himself and not Lionel Bouchard, and backdated. 

17.  As part of the conspiracy, Lynda Staub brought in her lawyer George Chapman to the Grace Hospital to Notarize Lionel Bouchard's signature.  Lionel Bouchard was extremely adamant about refusing to sign over any Power of  Attorney.  This is blatantly evident as noted in the infamous picture of him sandwiched between Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub, and across from lawyer George Chapman who witnessed Lionel Bouchard's refusal to sign this life altering document.

18.  For over one half hour,  Marlene witnessed Lionel Bouchard refusing to sign the Power of Attorney.  Finally,  as a final resort, Andy Bouchard slipped the Power of Attorney, unbeknownst to Lionel Bouchard, beneath the insurance and driver licence renewal forms which he knew his father would sign.  The ease with which Andy did this posed questions to his astute sister in that this was NOT THE FIRST TIME that Andy, as a seasoned farm equipment commission salesman all his life, had secured a signature through this pretense!!!

19.   In essence, this was outright deception used to manipulate his father to sign a Power of Attorney he had been refusing to sign!  This was witnessed and illegal document accepted by Lynda Staub's lawyer George Chapman.  A picture was taken immediately after Andy Bouchard was caught deceiving his father.

20.  The following day, with this illegally acquired Power of Attorney, Andy Bouchard opened up a personal injury claim on behalf and without his father's knowledge.

21.   Sensing more foul play here, Marlene went with Andy Bouchard to attend the meeting at Lawyer David Bradley's office.  There Andy Bouchard recounted the events of the accident, admitted that Lionel Bouchard's roommate had called Andy Bouchard to inform him of his concern over the way Lionel was acting, out of character for his usual self, obviously as a result of the slip and fall and swelling which was occurring.  Andy Bouchard than admitted that "for whatever reason" he did not go check on his father.....but drove past his father's place days later, not offering to drive him to the family Christmas Reunion at Lynda Staub's....where it was evident he needed further medical attention.

21.  Most curious is after receiving the call that his father had almost died at the scene, lost a lot of blood, and was being transported by ambulance to the hospital to save his life, Andy sates he took the time to go home to take a shower before driving to the hospital in Winnipeg from Portage La Prairie.  This is understandable if he had been working in the dirty, dusty fields with his combines in the heat of the summer,
however, this was in the dead of the cold winter, which in hindsight, and learning a lot more about his character, seems very peculiar and poses numerous  other questions???

22.  At the hospital, Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub showed up after hours with a rental agreement for the St. Eustache Manor. They lied to their father, stating that he had to relocate in order to get community health worker to attend to him after he was out of the hospital and a condition of his being discharged.   As the health care worker has to drive past his home in Elie this made no sense.  In addition, both assured him that he could move back into his home in the spring which again made zero sense.  Lionel Bouchard sensed in his spirit if he agreed to this, he would never be allowed to return to his home....

23.  After consulting with his daughter from B.C., also Yves Chabot, Lionel Bouchard informed Lynda Staub that he had his "rights" and that he was NOT moving.

24.  Lynda Staub the next morning at 9:00 shortly after the hospital lines opened and after her father informed her of his intentions NOT TO MOVE, Lynda Staub from Winnipeg Land Titles fired off an email stating " we have a problem....Dad does not want to move" to her siblings.....undeniably acknowledging that she and Andy Bouchard were forcing their father out of his humble house and Bouchard Centennial Farm where he had lived for the past 50 years.

25.  After confirming that their father Lionel Bouchard had been approved for discharge but whose discharge was simply pending a room at the St. Eustache Manor, Marlene flew out the following day only to find her father drugged with a new medication to make him groggy and compliant, this without a doubt instigated by Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub who belittled and ridiculed their father to the nurses constantly.

26.  Marlene arranged to have her father discharged in her care pending the redirection of the health workers from St. Eustache Manor to his home in Elie.
A fax was sent to Manitoba Housing to cancel the room he had been tricked into signing for.  It was noted that the front door lock had already been changed and Andy Bouchard appeared later that Friday night - LIVID that his father was back in his home!

27.  This was the start of ten years of "hell on earth" for Lionel Bouchard from these evil, greedy motivated son and daughters.....
