  On January 29, 2006, after being charged with two counts of
   theft, and two "No Contacts" in place against Andy Bouchard,
    sister from B.C. being assured by the RCMP    that she could visit
    her father at his house on the Bouchard homestead, Andy
  Bouchard faxed a copy of the land title and informed RCMP that he
  would charge his sister with "trespass" if she visited heir father at
   his home in Elie, as the life estate was not registered on title.
