MARLENE LEGARE - NOT EXACTLY THE PICTURE OF SOMEONE WHO WOULD THREATEN OR USE A WEAPON AS CHARGED BY ANDY BOUCHARD (BEHIND THE SCENES) AS WIFE ANGIE BOUCHARD WORKED AT AGASSIZ YOUTH CENTRE WHERE THERE WAS DAILY CONTACT FOR MEALS WITH THE WOMEN'S JAIL IN PORTAGE LA PRAIRIE....IN OTHER WORDS EASY ACCESS TO CONTACT AN INMATE TO PREVENT BAIL AND/OR WORSE...AS EXPERIENCED FIRST HAND....

Complaint from inmate in Women's Portage Jail stating that sister from B.C. had "threatened to kill her brother with a gun" originating on the Monday or Tuesday resulted in once again another bogus charge!!!

A little strange comment from someone who is terrified of weapons???


This alleged incident was never reported until Thursday a.m. - conveniently the day that application for bail to return to B.C., was to be heard after being acquitted of one count of assault against Lynda Staub, and having purchased her ticket home in B.C. for Christmas.

Recall the daily contact the inmates at the Women's Jail have in delivering meals to the Agassiz Youth Center where Andy Bouchard's wife - Angie Bouchard works in the capacity as a clerk.

Coincidence - think again!


In February, a five minute trial was heard and the charge was "Stayed" when the inmate who had been released could not be located!

Victim was forced to fly from B.C. at her expense to attend trial this despite Crown Colleen McDuff knowing. in advance. that inmate would not be attendance to testify on this bogus charge.

However, it is alleged that it appears that there was collusion between two inmates, between Stacey Beaulieu known in the past for thwarting bail hearings, in jail convicted of murder  would not have made for a credible witness, so hence Margaret (Peggy) Romano - a former nurse was accomplice in this scheme.  

The victim noted just prior to the charge that Stacey Beaulieu was in Peggy's room (against regulations) and that when she walked past their door, they stopped talking immediately and gave her a funny look. At that point, she was 100% that they were talking about her and that something was going on...

This charge was inmate's word, no witness - an inmate who had a "Do not resuscitate order" on her chart, on 11 different medications daily, accused of stealing $650,000 or thereabouts from an organization she was working for at the time.!  

Makes for a credible witness????
