Lynda Staub accused her sister of stealing her father's passport.  Andy Bouchard had the key to his father's small safety deposit box in the house. Same accusation of "theft" with respect to Lionel Bouchard's cellular which Lionel had in his pocket when going to bed....These two accusations occurred after Andy Bouchard charged with two counts of cellular theft of his father and sister's cellulars after Andy Bouchard drove off to Winnipeg with two stolen phones whereby Andy Bouchard immediately
breached the two "No Contact Orders" against him.

Andy Bouchard had access to key to Lionel Bouchard's safety deposit box where passport was stored in Lionel's home in Elie. The passport "reappeared" mysteriously but not until after the accusation of theft!.
