ILLEGAL & IMMORAL CONDUCT 

Prior to working at Winnipeg Land Titles office, Lynda Staub was employed as a legal secretary in the area of "conveyancing" of property which makes Lynda proficient with respect to "life estates", registering mortgages, etc.

 

  

Lynda Staub by virtue of her employment, should have done her due diligence to ensure her father's legal rights were protected, at the time of sale of both halves of the Centennial Farm, especially in light of her father's advanced age and lack of education, vulnerable due to his  Grade 3 education not to mention a condition of her employment!

By Lynda Staub's own admission, Lionel Bouchard sought her out almost on a weekly basis for all his personal and business affairs yet Lynda Staub deliberately neglected to insure her father's life estate agreement and mortgage which were never registered on title!

In preparing her own mother and step-father's transfer, signed in their own home in Rosser, this transaction is one of conflict of interest.

By virtue of working at Winnipeg Land Titles office, Lynda Staub was in a position to enrich herself, interfere, or assist family members of her choosing, documented on this website, whereby she committed the following acts:

                           -  pulled up a search into her mother's property after her wedding in 2000

                           -  used her mother's credit rating at the time of her own mortgage
                               renewal                       

                            - as power of attorney for her mother, are there any unregistered mortgages?

                           - drafted a transfer for her terminally ill mother, signed at mother's home

                            - this transfer document was signed by Claire Demery's daughter, who was
                               NOT present at the time to witness the signatures of her grandmother &
                              grandfather

                           -  fraudulently altered this transfer document adding her name as "joint
                              tenant" 

                           -  withheld registration of this illegal document from July 2006 to October
                              2006

                           -  registered a caveat on behalf of her sister Claire Demery on her step-father's
                              property       
 
                            - blackmailed her step-father due her knowledge of his entire life and business

                            - forced her step-father to enter into a civil suit to sever the relationship

                           - violated moral and legal obligation in not ensuring father's mortgage and
                              life estate were registered on title

                           - refused to acknowledge the life estate agreement entered between her father
                              and brother signed in 2002, deceiving her siblings of its existence

                           - in January 2006, proceeded to evict her father from his home of over fifty
                              years after her father's brief hospitalization for concussion after slip and fall
                              on ice despite fully aware that at the very least there was a verbal agreement
                              as she relayed to her sister of B.C.

                           - in 2011 placed her father in a low-rental facility away from his home town
                              where he was #1 on the waiting list at the Cartier Manor in Elie, Manitoba
            
                           - drafted "release of caveats", had her father signed, caused his loss of rights to
                              his home & mortgage due him by his son Andy Bouchard

                           - accessed title records and discovered mineral rights which she purchased
                             from her father

                           - accessed numerous title searches to aid her sister's divorce case

                           - withheld registration of her brother and sister-in-law's Andy and Angie
                             Bouchard of Portage La Prairie, $185,000 mortgage signed December 14,
                             2005, deliberately withheld registration until February 13, 2006
                            
                          -  drafted a caveat on her sister's house in Calgary


In light of what has transpired over the years, one has to ask themselves the question, how far back do these illegal acts go.  Who else has suffered?

Has this been a carefully orchestrated plan from the beginning by Lynda Staub and Andy Bouchard to acquire wealth by deceptive and illegal means? 

How deep does the corruption run? How many years back?

Are there other Winnipeg Land Titles employees party to this corruption? 

One then has to ask themselves as well, was their mother used as a pawn in their scheme?

Was Jeannette Van Steelant encouraged to marry, unbeknownst to her, for her husband's estate? 

Evidence has proven that these abusers had been concentrating on their step-father's farm wealth which as only son he had inherited from his father.

Both their mother and step-father were deliberately isolated from their other children
for fear they would "expose these greed-motivated abusers and avarice plot?

Questions that we are all left to wonder about in hindsight.....
