                 "Illegal" Use Revoked Power of Attorney

In August 2008, Manager Ophelia of Bank of Montreal, in a telephone call, out of deep concern, stated that there had been an "unusually" large number of  family members requesting "illegal" access to Lionel Bouchard's bank account.
 Out of fear for his safety having been restrained in his activities at Mike Slegers' home in St.
Francois Xavier, Manitoba, Lionel Bouchard had  covertly been escorted to the Regina Airport to catch a
direct plane to B.C.   As this was happening, Lionel Bouchard's lawyer was dealing with a call from the RCMP claiming Andy Bouchard and Mike Slegers were attempting to charge the lawyer with "abducting" his client.                                       (Audio clip.)
