                     Actions of Andy & Angie Bouchard

Lionel Bouchard purchased a winning ticket for in a lottery. Lionel had approached his son Andy to go in "half".  Angie Bouchard claimed the prize of a car. Andy Bouchard sold the car and refused to show bill of sale to his father who had bought the ticket. To this day, Lionel claims he was not paid his "fair half" of the winning ticket.

Joe Hofer, as well as John Waldner, on two separate occasions witnessed Andy's violent outburst at coffee shop when inquiring about his father - Lionel Bouchard. 

Ken Beaudin feared Andy Bouchard would assault him when he went to retrieve Lionel Bouchard's motorhome on the farm in Elie, June 2008, after having to involve the RCMP in order to retrieve Lionel's motor home.

On January 9, 2006, Andy Bouchard had already decided that his father was NOT COMING OUT OF THE HOSPITAL when returning a cane he had leased/puchased for his father. 
Andy confirmed this when he called his sister in B.C. to state that their father was cornflakes" and that she "could have him if she wanted!"

Release of  Winnipeg/Portage Land Titles Life Estate Caveat presented by Andy Bouchard in Portage Land Titles, signed September 27, 2011, and accepted on January 17, 2012, at a time when Lionel Bouchard was coerced into "abandoning his claim" by Andy Bouchard, Peggy Keough and Margaret Bouchard.
