MARLENE LEGARE & TONY ROBBINS IN CALGARY, ALBERTA 2008 CONFERENCE AFTER PROVIDING A NEW DODGE CARAVAN TO HER FATHER LIONEL BOUCHARD FOR HIS LIFETIME USE. LIONEL BOUCHARD WAS ESCORTED INTO MANITOBA BY MIKE SLEGERS WHO MET THEM IN MOOSOMIN, SASKATCHEWAN AS ANDY BOUCHARD ALONG WITH CROWN MCDUFF SET OUT A COURT ORDER THAT SHE COULD NOT ATTEND TO HER MOTHER WHO WAS NOT A PARTY TO HER EX-HUSBAND'S CLAIM TO HIS PROPERTY. THIS ORDER WAS ACQUIRED UNDER FALSE CHARGES OF ASSAULT OF HER FATHER AFTER ANDY BOUCHARD THREATENED HIS FATHER WHO WAS DRIVEN TO LAY CHARGE OF ASSAULT WHEREBY AT TRIAL, LIONEL BOUCHARD ADMITTED THERE WAS NO ASSAULT.... NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER MANITOBA DUE TO A REVISED COURT ORDER SET OUT BY ANDY BOUCHARD TO ENSURE LIONEL BOUCHARD HAD NO ASSISTANCE IN HIS CLAIM TO A LIFE ESTATE TO HIS HOME IN ELIE, MANITOBA.

 Yet another one of Andy Bouchard's strategically orchestrated charges against his sister who boarded a plane three hours later in Vancouver, B.C. to prevent her brother from committing their father! Andy Bouchard called his sister in B.C. to inform her that he was looking to commit their father and had already been looking in Portage La Prairie for a mental institution to place their father!

Andy Bouchard had taken his father to the Headingley RCMP to have his father charge his daughter with assault.  At trial, Lionel Bouchard admitted the truth that no assault ever occurred.


This charge of uttering threats was strategically initiated on the day of a bail hearing for a conversation that allegedly occurred days prior to this hearing.

There appears collusion between Andy's wife Angie Bouchard who works at the Agassiz Youth Center and the inmates who prepare and deliver daily meals to the institution where Angie works as a clerk. 

The inmate who lodged the complaint was on 11 meds a day, had a Do Not Resuscitate Order on file, charged with embezzling approximately $650,000 and  nowhere to be found when it came time for trial.  
 Nevertheless knowing this in advance, the victim was forced to travel from B.C. to attend a five minute hearing to hear the charges stayed!
