BULLYING TACTICS USED BY ANDY BOUCHARD IN CONTACTING SISTER'S LEGAL COUNSEL!!!

Andy Bouchard contacted Marlene Légaré's lawyer Mark Wasilyw "three times" by telephone in order to discredit ~ her prior to a hearing for charges Andy Bouchard instigated to prevent support for his father from returning to his home which Andy Bouchard and his sisters - Lynda, Claire, Helene had evicted their father after 50 years on the Bouchard Centennial Farm in Elie, Manitoba.

In Winnipeg Court in May 2006, Andy & Lionel Bouchard spoke to the judge stating that Marlene Légaré had mental issues and that both Andy Bouchard and Lionel wanted a mental assessment.

(Andy's answer appears to be a mental evaluation for anyone who defies him - firstly his father and now his sister!)

Andy has had his elderly father undergo countless mental evaluations, to no avail, in order to not honour his agreements with his father!

Yet, in court applying for a Peace Bond on February 14, 2006, Andy Bouchards swears under oath that there has been little contact, three years previous, at a family reunion!
