 RETURNING TO MANITOBA FOR POSSESSION ORDER

Mike Slegers "pleaded" with Lionel Bouchard to stay with him, rent free, stating Mike was an excellent cook, and would meet him anywhere.  The offer was accepted May 29, 2008 to mid-August 2008.

Despite his offer to stay rent-free,  Mike Slegers charged Lionel $400 rent.

Mike is currently trying to extort $5,000 for his faulty thirty-year-old fuel hose on a tank of illegal farm purple gas Mike maintained on the property.  Mike retains a life estate after selling his property years ago!

Mike ran illegal farm plates for years until finally reported by Laurent Houde to Richard Desilets. Mike Slegers was then forced to remove the Riverview signs off his truck  and turn in farm plates for both his trucks!!!

Lionel Bouchard was moved against his will by Andy & Angie Bouchard of Portage La Prairie, Lynda Staub of Rosser, and Claire Demery of Teulon (formerly Arborg) to the St. Eustache Manor February 2006 - May 31, 2007.

Unhappy with his situation, Lionel Bouchard rented an apartment in Elie next to the Brick store from T.B. Holdings (Terri Beaudin).

In August 2008, during negotations at court time, Andy Bouchard promised to buy a house in Elie for his father, tactic meant only to stop the "possession order" from going through court at that time.  After this ruse, Andy Bouchard and Mike Slegers had Lionel Bouchard apply for a room at the St. Eustache Manor - the facility Lionel was moved to in 2006 and where he had been unhappy living six miles north of distance from his home town of Elie!
