This deception occurred after half hour of bullying their father, Lionel Bouchard, who was recovering from a concussion after slipping and falling on ice at a friend's funeral in St. Eustache!
Andy Bouchard is holding the Power of Attorney he slipped beneath his father's insurance and driver licence renewal which he had his father sign against his Will, without his knowledge, using treachery to do so, witnessed by Lynda Staub's lawyer, George Chapman, brought into the Grace Hospital Cafeteria to notarize the Power of attorney drawn up days before by Andy Bouchard's lawyer - Christiansen in Portage La Prairie.
His sister of B.C. was appalled at the ease with which Andy, her brother, illegally manipulated their father....
The "cover up" was that Lionel Bouchard had gone into Christiansen's office in the late fall to request a Power of Attorney be drawn up and never returned to sign it....
While in B.C. Lionel Bouchard, after he manage to escaped from their clutches and went to live with is daughter of B.C. for three years to open a civil suit to regain possession of his rancher on property he had owned and lived on for the past fifty years, denied any knowledge of this Power of attorney to his daughter Marlene Legare in B.C.
The next thought was, "how many times had Andy Bouchard done this to unsuspecting senior farmers and widows/widowers over the years as a commission salesman for Blights in Portage La Prairie?"~ stories which surfaced immediately after this episode.... Aunt Mary Bouchard, of Elie teacher at St. Paul's Collegiate, had told her brother-in-law Lionel Bouchard how, in school, Andy Bouchard instigated underhandedly others to do his bidding and had them get into trouble while he sat back smug and laughed at the havoc he himself had created, appearing to be the innocent bystander which was the furthest thing from the truth! After this signing, Andy Bouchard immediately went out and opened a "Personal Injury Claim" on behalf of his father while making plans to commit Lionel Bouchard to a mental facility in Portage La Prairie! This after informing his sister of B.C. by way of telephone call telling her she could "have their father if she wanted him" as he was going to commit him after telling her that he had already made discrete phone calls and determined the church was negligent in not sanding the sidewalk for the funeral where the accident occurred and the start of his father's demise at the hands of Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery....
