'FALSE ACCUSATION' UTTERING THREATS & OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE AS NOTED IN RCMP RECORDS.
January 31, 2006, two days after he was charged with two counts of theft by his father and sister for stealingboth their cellular phones, Andy Bouchard attended to the RCMP Headingley Detachment to lay "false chargesof uttering threats" against his sister one of the plaintiffs in the theft.
Article out of the Winnipeg Free Press, provided by supporter and godmother Madeleine Fillion withrespect to her opinion with regards to her brotherLionel Bouchard which Andy Bouchard claimed his sister was accusing him of killing his father, when merelyquoting Dear Ann.
Andy Bouchard, by virtue of his wife's employmentat the Portage Agassiz Youth Centre, was well-versedin "twisting" material to lay false charges against anyone who stood up against him and to trying to "falsely" accuse anyone who confronts him with having "mental issues".
There is evidence on RCMP records that Andy Bouchard had breeched the "No Contact" orders placed on himin favour of his father Lionel Bouchard and sister fromB.C. as a result of thetwo charges of theft placed on January 29, 2006.
In the first instance, Andy Bouchard sent his wifeAngie Bouchard to Lionel Bouchard's home, whereAngie yelled obscenities at her sister- in-law, screaming at her, in no uncertain terms using vulgar language telling her to get out of her father's house, Lynda Staub hadalready put her sister's luggage outside in the snow andClaire Demery was also in attendance while Andy wasoutside in his pickup.
The following day, Andy Bouchard had prepared pre-signed agreement presented to all parties at his father's house while Lynda Staub and ClaireDemery were in attendance, in order to have the theft charges dropped and in no way did Andy Bouchard have any intentions of allowing his father to remain inhis home as per all their signatures.
This paper was simply a ploy to get their sister back to Vancouver, B.C. so that Andy could move his father without any interference or knowledge to out-of-town familymembers and against his father's well-expressedwishesto the RCMP and these family members!
Senior Abuse, blatant to anyone reviewing this case, also taking advantage of a vulnerable senior who had returned from one month hospitalization fora concussion from which everyone agreed he had recovered a 100%!
