Frustrating to his legal counsel, Lionel Bouchard, recanted his testimony and

would skirt the truth when asked numerous questions of which he had a perfect

recollection - rendering him not an "credible witness" if put on the stand because

of his fear of years of bullying by Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub, now joined with

Claire Demery and Helene Johnson, his children who stood to financially gain either

directly or indirectly from Andy Bouchard himself.
