Lionel Bouchard dirven to Moosomin, Sask, May 2008, on his way to attend court to obtain a possession order to his home of over fifty years, in accordance with his life estate agreement with Andy Bouchard signed in 2002.

Lionel Bouchard sent to live with daughter in B.C. in August 2008. Two private investigators hired by lawyer Winston Smith to escort Lionel to Regina Airport.. Winston Smith feared Lionel's personal safety after Lionel held against his will by Andy Bouchard and Mike Slegers at Mike Sleger's farm in St. Francois, days prior to return to court for possession of his home in Elie.

​Andy Bouchard & Lynda Staub trick their father into signing a "power of attorney" in their favour, without their father's knowledge.  Andy Bouchard deviously slipped document beneath insurance & driver renewal forms for his unsuspecting father to sign.

Andy Bouchard then proceeded to open a "Personal Injury Lawsuit" the following day without his father's knowledge!
