AFTER BEING ASKED TO PRESENT HIS WILL AT MICHELE DUNBAR'S CARTIER SENIOR OFFICE. THE CREDIT UNION HAD PRIOR TO THAT RECEIVED A CALL AND FAX FROM LIONEL BOUCHARD SO THEY WERE AWARE OF HIS WHEREABOUTS.
