Andy & Angie Bouchard applied for a $185,000 mortgage
December 14, 2005, two days prior to Lionel Bouchard's accidental
slip and fall and concussion while attending a friend's funeral in St.
Eustache whereby Lionel nearly died and was rushed by ambulance to
the Grace Hospital Emergency.
To conceal Andy Bouchard's motive for evicting his own father Lionel Bouchard out
of his home for over fifty years, Lynda Staub withheld registration of the document until
February 13, 2006, the day prior to the Peace Bond application, feeling confident that the
Peace Bonds would be issued. Rather they were dismissed "without cause".
Mortgage signed December 14, 2005, not registered until February 13, 2006, the day prior to applying for Peace Bonds against Marlene Légaré of B.C. who flew out anticipating the move of her father in mid-month to the St. Eustache Manor. Lionel Bouchard has absolutely no recollection of attending court - claims he was drugged as his memory is otherwise excellent!
