ILLEGAL USE OF REVOKED POWER OF             ATTORNEY TO REQUEST CELLULAR                        RECORDS



   M.T.S. informed Lionel Bouchard that six month's of cellular records were requested
    in an attempt to "breach" their sister who had not had any contact with
    her father. 
    $60 charged was reimbursed when M.T.S. Brian Skinner was advised that neither            Andy Bouchard,  Lynda Staub or Claire Demery who made contact never had a valid
   Power of Attorney -  according to Brian Skinner.
