     POWER OF ATTORNEY - MIKE SLEGERS

In August 2008, while holding Lionel Bouchard hostage at Mike Sleger's property pending return to court in a couple days, Mike Slegers and Andy Bouchard drove Lionel Bouchard to Greenberg & Greenberg in Portage La Prairie to revoke the current power of attorney and issue one in favour of Mike Slegers.

Barry Greenberg refused to provide the service and recommended Lionel Bouchard return to his lawyer Winston Smith (who had made it clear to both Lionel Bouchard and Mike Slegers NEVER to amend the existing power of attorney currently made out in favour of Lionel's sister Madeleine Fillion and his daughter of B.C.)
