From the onset, Andy Bouchard has had to try to "discredit" sister by numerous false allegations in court and at the RCMP in Headingley Detachment, none of which he had no "evidence" as these were simply trumped up false accusations designed to keep his sister in the penal system where he and wife have many contacts by virtue of Angie Bouchard working at the Agassiz Youth Centre in Portage La Prairie, in a position to advise her husband how to ensure the "allegations" appear to have "merit" in order to lay the numerous charges and complaints all which were deemed unfounded in ALL CASES. 

This is a strategy used by the guilty party to take focus of what really is going on which has to be maintained by conspiring with "unsuspecting third parties" to "cover the illegal activities" already going on for years which he cannot afford for the public and law officials to uncover!!!!
