False Evidence - Perjury

Preliminary enquiries reveal that the parties named on a list presented to the Judge were never canvassed- rather names randomly compiled by Andy Bouchard to obstruct justice, committing perjury for which he has not yet been held accountable for deceiving the Court!

These afore-mentioned parties were unaware their names were rcorded on Andy Bouchard's typed sheet grouped and used to deceive a Judge into ordering an evaluation for his sister  who was awaiting trial on "false and numerous charges  fabricated by Andy Bouchard, using third parties to do so, as is Andy's usual style.

Andy Bouchard's motives was to ensure there would be no contesting their mother's estate - as confirmed by Crown herself in court, and to ensure Lionel Bouchard had no support in returning to his home from which Andy evicted
him from in January 2006.

Rebuttal to Andy Bouchard's "trumped up list of names" presented to the Judge, who, ordered an assessment based on this "false documentation" made up  unsuspecting individuals.

God-mother Madeleine (sister) and Philip Fillion (godson to Lionel Bouchard) were contacted for the  assessment.  Both confirmed the fact that Lionel Bouchard had been evicted from his home in Elie, which both were not in agreement with.

Madeleine and Phil Fillion also confirmed there were no family issues as claimed by Andy Bouchard, that is until Andy Bouchard evicted his father from his home in Elie, Manitoba.

Madeleine Fillion was extremely upset after having received many telephone calls from these siblings ordering her not to have any contact with her god-daughter from B.C.!

Similarly, after being allowed to stay in Yvette Houde's room in the Elie Manor for two nights, while her aunt she was on a cruise in the States, by Yvette's ex-husband Laurent Houde, (this after Andy Bouchard had the RCMP escort his sister out of her father's home in Elie), Andy Bouchard ordered Laurette Dufresne to kick his sister of B.C. out of her aunt's room!

Andy Bouchard visited Philip Fillion at his cottage in 2008 on several occasions to spread malicious lies against his sister to turn the family and community against his sister, the sister who was the only one at the time, there to uphold her father's right to his home of over 50 years in Elie after being evicted by his son Andy Bouchard, contrary to a Life Estate Agreement his father held to his home signed in September 2002!
