Andy Bouchard's
                      False "Attempted Kidnap" Charge

After learning of his mother's desire to return to the Burzynski Cancer Clinic in
Houston, Andy Bouchard and his sisters Lynda Staub and Claire Demery had
their mother discharged from the hospital to avoid any further contact with the
daughter who had agreed to take her mother, as in 2005 to Houston, Texas, to
save her life.

  At the appointed time of the flight, Andy Bouchard was sitting in his mother's
  yard, along with an RCMP cruiser to ensure his mother did not go the Cancer
  Clinic in U.S.A. ~ the only hope to save her life which she was denied in so
  doing....

  Days later, Andy Bouchard carried his ailing mother to the RCMP
  detachment in Stonewall.  Jeannette was under the heavy influence of
  morphine and not lucid.  Andy, without his step-father's knowledge, 
  had his mother charge her daughter for agreeing to fly to the States to save
  their mother's life...something Jeannette in her right mind, would never have
  done! 

Letter written at the Stonewall Hospital from Jeannette Van Steelant informing her husband Robert Van Steelant that Jeannette had decided to return to the Buryznski Clinic in Houston, Texas, as in 2005, a facility which boasts of a 93% cure rate!

         Flight to save Jeannette Van Steelant's life booked!

Prevented by her children, Jeannette's last chance to beat the cancer at an internationally renown clinic which boasts of a 93% cure rate!

Upon learning of their mother's plans to return to the Burzynski Cancer Clinic in Houston, Texas, where Jeannette Van Steelant had received treatment in 2005 which astonished her oncologists, her children had her discharged from the hospital. 

The motive was to prevent Jeannette from receiving further treatment.
Lynda Staub had convinced her mother to stop in 2005, rather diverting her to a third world Usana-founded facility Mexico in 2006, for  a needless
operation, detox and heat treatment.

  At the appointed time to catch her plane, Andy Bouchard's white  truck, as well
  as an RCMP cruiser, were sitting in Jeannette Van Steelant's yard to   prevent 
Jeannette from returning to the clinic.

   Jeannette Van Steelant lost several nights sleep after she was warned a couple days prior by her daughter Lynda Staub that these same children would be suing her  husband over her estate after she died ..which is exactly
transpired after Jeannette Van Steelant's death...

So the opinion of this writer is that these children by denying her medical treatment, sent their mother, mildly put, to her grave prematurely!!!  These children should be held accountable for their selfish and criminal actions!
