Lionel Bouchard purchased property in 1957. Upon selling the second half of the property in 2002, a life estate was entered into, Caveat never registered on title.  After Lionel's hospitalization after a slip and fall on ice at a funeral, Andy Bouchard refused to honour agreement!

Centennial Bouchard Award. A plaque Lionel Bouchard paid for erected at the end of Bouchard Drive "disappeared" while he was in the hospital when Andy Bouchard had the property up for sale!
