Life estate registered February 29, 2008, by Law Firm Smith & Hook just prior to Lionel Bouchard going to his daughter's in B.C. for support to legally reclaim his home and mortgage due him by Andy Bouchard. Lionel Bouchard revised his will and power of attorney to his sister Madeleine Fillion and stayed overnight at her home prior to flying out to B.C., parking his van at long-term at the Winnipeg ​Airport.
