Lionel Bouchard moved to a place he totally detested, a place Lynda Staub ensured was located out of the way for his senior friends to drive to!~
In January 2006, Lionel Bouchard's children, moved in on him like "vultures" immediately after his slip on ice. Three children, Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub & Claire Demery, stole their father's right to his home, destroyed all his personal possessions from his humble rancher in Elie, Manitoba.
They were also responsible for what little he was left with ~ his van, passport, medication, birth certificate being confiscated at Mike Sleger's in August 2008,
Upon his return from three years living with his daughter in B.C. from 2008 - 2011, Lionel's bank account was compromised and funds removed by Lynda Staub, to pay for her own legal fees to fight the protection orders against her awarded in favour of her father. Lionel lost his personal freedom due to lack of transportation (van), invasion of his privacy, medical records, telephone records, theft of mail, the minute he fell and suffered from a concussion.
In August 2011, upon his return to Manitoba, Lionel Bouchard was prevented from having a telephone in his own name making it extremely difficult for his friends to contact and visit him in an out-of-the-way low-rental highrise with much of it occupied by welfare recipients, drug addicts and alcholics in an unsafe neighbourhood for an elderly senior, especially a farmer all his life!. Lionel Bouchard complained to anyone who would listen that he detested where he was placed by Lynda (Bouchard) Staub and Peggy (Bouchard) Keough whose care he was officially under.

Currently Lynda Staub is controlling his finances, restricting him to a few dollars at a time ~ taking care of his affairs, "without providing any receipts whatsoever" to account for.
Isolated, very unhappy, Lionel Bouchard has had to deal with five or six bed-bug infections in his highrise which is out-of-the-way-making it difficult for his elderly friends to visit.
Since August 2011, Lionel had to move five or six times, where Lionel Bouchard claims to be in an area of Winnipeg, on Osborne Street, known to be a "rough area of town" as claimed by Lionel himself - certainly no place for an 89 year-old great grandfather!
Lionel Bouchard has stated repeatedly his wishes to move from this complex.
In Spring 2012, Lynda Staub prevented her father's transfer to another another Manitoba Housing Complex located on Portage Avenue in St. James - closer for his friends of Elie to visit - this despite being #1 on the "waiting list" at the Elie Manor, whereby while in B.C. he had been called three times with a vacant room!
Lynda Staub "controls" her father's meagre pension cheque, pacifying him with $20 or so at a time, claiming to be paying off his legal bills, etc., yet refusing to present proof of where her father's money is going. It is estimated the difference of approximately $600 a month to apply to "her own legal bills" for when she fought to "set aside" the protection orders granted against her for blatant senior abuse.

What false charges, (as in the past), have been initiated based on perjury?
As predicted, immediately after three protection orders removed, Lionel Bouchard was coerced in obtaining protection order against daughter in B.C. ~ in order to isolate and control Lionel "UNIMPEDED" ~ that is until Lionel Bouchard gets fed up and turns on these abusers again, as in the past!

In 2011, difficulty accessing supervisor after Lionel Bouchard "in their
charge", and in a "safe place" in the hands of the abusers a per Constable
Susan Jardine, St. James Vulnerable Persons Coordinator.

Sgt. Jardine was aware of the Winnipeg incident whereby Lynda Staub claiming her father was being "kidnapped" at the Airport in 2010 after his attendance in court with respect to application for another protection order, later granted in February 2011 based on this incident by Judge Lischenski.

3. Court of Queen's Bench
(Audio clip.) September 2011 Conference telephone line allegedly disconnected at time of proceedings scheduled time
of 2:00 p.m. By the time someone finally called
the court room after her repeated calls to the Court, the proceeding had already commenced by the time someone
finally called on the court line daughter from
B.C. was be informed that a "sheriff" was also present -
possibly for yet another arrest based on false/perjured
statements as in the past?
In lodging a complaint the following day, daughter learned
that there was no transcript of the proceedings missed
at the onset, which is a gross injustice in that there is
no accountability to the public/victim in the
case a coerced deaf man without hearing aids, whereby
perjury can go on without being detected with the
judicial system once again used by the abusers.
Peggy Keough and Margaret Bouchard, obstructed justice and were party to
Andy Bouchard breaching the "No Contact" order in Keewatin, Ontario at
Margaret Bouchard's (widow of Jules Bouchard - Lionel's brother), attended
court to set aside the "second" of three protection orders against Andy

4. Public Trustee Response to concerned daughters letters!!!
Reply below to letter from Lionel Bouchard's three extremely concerned daughers, one in Winnipeg, the other Calgary, and B.C. with respect to having the Public Trustee involved in light of then 87-year-old Lionel Bouchard being stripped of all his rights, his home and being placed in an out-of-way low-rental housing complex on Osborne Street, among welfare recipients, alcoholics and drugs addicts, whereby there have already been 5 - 6 bed-bug infestations in
this complex.
Reply to Doreen Bouchard, Léona Bouchard and Marlene Légaré to have their father's care looked after by Public Trustee, to enforce his life estate agreement with Andy Bouchard .
