False Evidence - Perjury

Individual enquiries reveal that parties named on a  typed fabricated list presented to the Judge were never canvassed- rather names randomly compiled by Andy Bouchard to obstruct justice and to force his sister to undergo an evaluation, all based on false allegations, initiated by   Andy Bouchard, using third parties to do his bidding in order to ensure his father never return to his home of over fifty years in Elie, Manitoba.

These parties were unaware nor did they consent to have their names recorded on Andy Bouchard's typed sheet used to deceive the Judge into ordering a mental evaluation for his sister who was awaiting trial on "false and numerous charges fabricated by Andy Bouchard, using third parties to
do so, as is Andy's usual style.

Andy Bouchard's motives was to ensure no "contesting" their mother's estate - as confirmed by Crown herself  in court, and to ensure Lionel Bouchard had no support in returning to his home from which Andy Bouchard evicted him from in January 2006 despite a Life Estate Agreement which Andy Bouchard conveniently destroyed along with all his father's paperwork & personal belongings this while his father lay in the hospital recovering from a concussion after almost losing his life three times after the injury whereby he was transported by ambulance to Grace Hospital December 2005..

Confirmed  that his name was used without his knowledge to be included in Andy Bouchard's typed list presented to the Magistrate in January 2007 used to force an assessment on his sister while being held in remand on false charges perpetrated by Andy Bouchard, Lionel Bouchard and Lynda Staub for which she was acquitted after waiting in remand in Winnipeg and Portage for trial.
                             
Madeleine (sister) and Philip Fillion (godson) to Lionel Bouchard were  contacted  for the assessment. Both confirmed the fact  that Lionel Bouchard had been evicted from his home in Elie.  Both disagreed wholeheartedly with respect to Lionel's eviction by his son Andy Bouchard! 

In being called as reference, both Madeleine and Phil Fillion attested to the fact that there had been no family issues as claimed by Andy Bouchard, that is until Andy Bouchard evicted his father from his home in Elie, Manitoba in January 2006!

Andy Bouchard enlisted his two sisters, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery, both who are financially indebted to him, to deflect attention from himself and his actions. 

Andy Bouchard denied the existence of any "life estate agreement" until forced to present this legal agreement in court in 2008 when his sister from B.C. aided  her father financially to obtain legal representation as recommended by the judge who denied the four Peace Bond applications in February 2006!
