PEGGY KEOUGH FORMERLY OF HEADINGLEY, MANITOBA, BORN IN ELIE. YOUNGEST SISTER TO LIONEL BOUCHARD ALLEGEDLY OBSTRUCTED JUSTICE BY ENABLING BREACH OF CONTACT OF THE THREE PROTECTION ORDERS AGAINST ANDY BOUCHARD, (PORTAGE LA PRAIRIE) LYNDA STAUB (ROSSER) & CLAIRE DEMERY, TEULON (THE SECOND SET OF THESE ORDERS AGAINST THESE MALICIOUSLY MOTIVATED CHILDREN) ORDERS IN FAVOUR OF FATHER LIONEL BOUCHARD. THESE WERE AWARDED AFTER LIONEL WAS EVICTED OUT OF HIS HOME AT THE BOUCHARD CENTENNIAL FARM IN ELIE WHERE LIONEL HELD A MORTGAGE (STILL UNPAID TO DATE) & A LIFE ESTATE AGREEMENT WHICH ANDY BOUCHARD CHOSE TO RENEGE ON!!! LIONEL BOUCHARD NEVER LIVED TO SEE HIS DREAM OF RETIRING ON THE FARM HE TOILED ALL HIS LIFE ON WHILE RAISING HIS NINE CHILDREN ON THE BOUCHARD CENTENNIAL FAMILY.....SAD, BUT TRUE!!! THIS WHILE ANDY COLLECTED RENT FROM HIS FATHER'S HOME TO STRANGERS TO BLOCK THE REENTRY OF HIS FATHER. IN THE SUMMER OF 2008, A JUDGE WAS READY TO AWARD LIONEL BOUCHARD A POSSESSION ORDER TO HIS HOME. HOWEVER, TRUE TO FORM, ANDY PULLED YET ANOTHER ONE OF HIS STUNTS THROUGH HIS LAWYER AT CHAPMAN FIRM, STATING THERE WAS A DOCUMENT SIGNED BUT CONVENIENTLY NOT AVAILABLE THAT DAY IN COURT WHICH ALLOWED ANDY TIME TO BRIBE MIKE SLEGERS WITH A PROMISE OF $5,000 TO COOERCE LIONEL BOUCHARD TO GIVE UP HIS RIGHTS TO HIS HOME. ONE OF THE PRETENSES WAS THAT ANDY BOUCHARD WOULD BUY HIS FATHER A HOUSE IN TOWN OF ELIE. THIS WAS BUT YET ANOTHER PLOY TO GET REINFORCEMENT FROM HIS ALLEGEDLY FINANCIALLY INDEBTED SISTERS TO HIM - LYNDA STAUB, CLAIRE DEMERY WHO RENEWED THEIR EFFORTS TO PARALYZE THEIR FATHER WITH FEAR WITH REPEATED THREATS OF CHILD ABUSE IF HE DID NOT GIVE UP HIS CLAIM & LIFE LONG DREAM TO RETURN TO HIS MODEST RANCHER ON THE FARM HE HAD HIS MIND SET TO DIE ON.... THE RCMP WERE SENT TO LIONEL BOUCHARD'S DAUGHTER'S HOME IN MAPLE RIDGE ON YET ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE NUMEROUS VISITS WITH UNFOUNDED ALLEGATIONS. WHEN LIONEL BOUCHARD CALLED LYNDA STAUB'S BLUFF ON CHILD ABUSE, SHE WOULD NOT RESPOND TO THE STONEWALL RCMP CALLS....

Immediatley upon Lionel Bouchard's arrival in Winnipeg in mid-August 2011, Peggy (Bouchard) Keough set out to register her brother for a room at the St. Eustache Manor.  In a conversation over the telephone, she was overhead requesting income tax for application purposes for Manitoba Housing complex.

Peggy Keough is talking to Lionel Bouchard who she sent out of the Manitoba jurisdiction to live at his sister-in-law Margaret Bouchard in Keewatin in close proximity to Andy & Angie Bouchard's lakefront property at Louise Lake where it is alleged that a breech of "No Contact" occurred. This was a direct result of Andy Bouchard reneging on his legal agreement - life estate -  never registered at Winnipeg Land Titles Office where daughter Lynda Staub works, whereby Andy Bouchard pressured his father Lionel Bouchard to sell the second half of the Bouchard in Elie, Manitoba.

It is alleged that Andy Bouchard "breached" the second protection order against elderly vulnerable father coercing his father into "abandoning his claims" to life estate and as unpaid vendor.

In this case, Andy Bouchard is NOTORIOUS for working "behind the scenes" - quote Mary Bouchard, his Aunt and teacher, as  puppet master, unknowingly duping and engaging others to do his bidding, leaving them in the end "holding the bag".....
