                                 "Second" of Three Protection Orders

      Refer at the end of hearing for "off the record" comment by Judge
      Lischenski, warning Lionel Bouchard that his abusers would
      not cease and to report to the RCMP the abuse, illegal
      activity,    such as misuse of revoked powers of attorney, etc.

      However, every time Lionel Bouchard would lodge a complaint, he
      was basically ignored by the RCMP in B.C. and Manitoba, in
      part, citing "jurisdiction issues".

In rebuttal court transcript to protection orders, lawyer claims protection orders "vexatious" & meant to "embarass" the family (abusers)".

However, no mention about "psychological, physical and emotional effects of evicting an 82-year-old father out of his home of fifty years" were ever mentioned!  

Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire only concerned about how they appear to the community.  Zero love or care for their father - whatsoever!  Evidenced in their actions of coldly and callously evicting their father out of his home of over fifty years ~ despite a legal life estate agreement between Lionel Bouchard and Andy Bouchard entered into in September 2002! 

Contrary to the transcript, daughter from B.C. was very much aware that the property had been sold to Andy Bouchard and that her father Lionel Bouchard had a "life estate".  Another false statement, living in B.C. since 1972, daughter from B.C. had absolutely no desire to leave her family and career to move back to Elie!
