Gary Dunbar was not party to the law suit filed by Andy Bouchard & Andy Chabot against
Mazer Group, the firm who purchased Blight's Equipment after Rick Blight's sudden,
unexpected suspicious death.
In hindsight, very peculiar is one of the eighteen false and unfounded complaints filed
against Andy's sister from B.C. who, out of extreme concern for her father, had flown
out on the very next flight after Andy Bouchard informed her in his telephone conversation
that their father was "cornflakes" Andy Bouchard description of his father's recovery from a
head concussion.
Andy Bouchard, so enraged that he was prevented from committing Lionel Bouchard,
their father in January 2006 while his father was in the hospital in the early stages of
recovery from a head concussion from a slip and fall on ice while attending a friend's
funeral in St. Eustache, Manitoba, that he launched and had his siblings who are financially
indebted to him, launch a full scale attack - a barrage of criminal complaints against this
sister.
The Headingley RCMP records below reveal an interesting accusation launched by Andy
Bouchard with respect to their sister asking about "cancer growth".......
Interesting to note that Gary Dunbar died from cancer...
History shows a pattern whereby anyone coming against Andy Bouchard inevitably is
attacked, usually covertly, through unsuspecting third parties who get hurt in the process.
Mary Bouchard, of Elie, Manitoba, Andy's aunt and teacher had cautioned Lionel Bouchard,
his father, in her professional experience found Andy Bouchard very manipulative, who
worked "behind the scenes", leaving others "holding the bag" into trouble, while he himself
walked away unscathed that is up until now, the real puppet-master/instigator behind their
demise.
Just on the Bouchard property alone, several neighbors were at the receiving end of
Andy Bouchard's wrath. One neighbor who Lionel Bouchard, his father, had sold a parcel
of land to build a house, years after Andy Bouchard ordered that neighbor to incur
considerable cost and denied him access to the existing road forcing him to "build his
own road" as opposed to use the existing road as agreed by with Lionel Bouchard.
The couple who bought the original 100-year old Bouchard house, were fraudulently
deceived when both Andy and his wife Angie Bouchard misrepresented on the sale agreement
the fact that the house was not subject to flooding when in fact every spring water filled the
basement. To add further insult, Andy Bouchard years later ordered this couple to run the
water line through their property when they already had access in writing to the well by
Lionel Bouchard's rancher across the river. When they refused as financially the cost would
have been prohibitive, their foster children were taken away overnight when
"someone" anonymously (isn't that familiar m.o.?) reported the wife for taking a few hours
off respite until 10:00 p.m. on a Friday night to enjoy a social evening at the Elie Hotel, while
leaving their children in the very competent hands of a babysitter.
There are so many more similar stories well-known in the Municipality of Cartier....
So one has to take a serious look at this comment of official record made to the RCMP to see
if there is any substance in Andy's case as the Bible clearly tells us to "look to the
accuser".
