'FALSE ACCUSATION' UTTERING THREATS & OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE AS NOTED IN RCMP RECORDS.
January 31, 2006, the day after he was charged with two counts of theft by his father and sister for stealing both their cellular phones, Andy Bouchard attendedto the RCMP Headingley Detachment to lay "false chargesof uttering threats" against his sister one of the plaintiffs in the theft.
Article out of the Winnipeg Free Press, provided by supporter and godmother Madeleine Fillion withrespect to her opinion with regards to her brotherLionel Bouchard which Andy Bouchard claimed his sister was accusing him of killing his father, when merelyquoting Dear Ann.
Andy Bouchard, by virtue of his wife's employment at the Portage Agassiz Youth Centre, is extremely well-versed in "twisting" material to lay false charges against anyone who stands up against him.
There is evidence on RCMP records that Andy Bouchard had breeched the "No Contact" orders placed on himin favour of his father Lionel Bouchard and sister fromB.C. as a result of the two charges of theft placed on January 30, 2006.
In the first instance of breech, Andy Bouchard sent his wifeAngie Bouchard to Lionel Bouchard's home, where Angie yelled obscenities at her sister-in-law, screaming at her in no uncertain terms using vulgar language tellingher to get "h... out house, you b...." out of her father-in-laws'house. Lynda Staub hadalready put her sister's luggage outside in the snowbank. Claire Demery was also in attendance while Andy wasoutside in his pickup.
Despite "No Contact Orders" against him, the following day, Andy Bouchard had already pre-signed an agreement Andy had presented to all parties at his father's house while Lynda Staub and Claire Demery were negotiating for Andy in order to have the theft charges dropped.
At no time did Andy Bouchard ever have any intentions of allowing his father to remain inhis home despite theirsignatures on the agreement. Andy's passport had been procured by the RCMP and Andy's biggest concern washis upcoming trip in March to Holland.
This "agreement" was simply a ploy to get their sister back to Vancouver, B.C. in order that Andy could move his father without any interference or knowledge to other familymembers. This was against his father'swell-expressedwishes as stated to the RCMP when Lionel Bouchard had charged Andy with theft of the cellular as that was in order to take a stand against Andy and his despicable actions to remove his father from his home.
To anyone reviewing this case, these family members actions are classic of Senior Abuse, blatant to anyone. These cold-callous children took advantage of a vulnerable senior, their father, who had just been discharged a couple days prior from one month hospitalization fora concussion from which he almost died three times, and whereby everyone was in agreement that Lionel Bouchard had recovered 100%!
