PERJURY - ANDY BOUCHARD

In one of Andy Bouchard's affidavits, Andy insists that his father's home was inhabitable, full of garbage collected from the nuisance grounds whereby it was almost impossible to walk through his rancher.

This is a completely FALSE statement as Lionel had a (ex-fiancée), clean his home on a weekly basis.

Furthermore, Lionel's roommate Garth McConnell commented on the cleanliness of the two-bedroom rancher. 

In January 2006, Andy Bouchard approached both Garth McConnell and Joe Hofer to write letters against his father's health in order to "commit his father" which they both refused ~ this while his father was in the hospital recovering from a concussion after a slip and fall on ice while attending a friend's funeral.

According to Lionel Bouchard,  the power of attorney that Andy  Bouchard deceived his father into signing was initiated by Andy Bouchard at Andy Bouchard's lawyer's office for the purpose of Andy commencing  a personal injury suit on behalf of Lionel.  

Lionel Bouchard has no recollection of ever initiating this power of attorney which Andy/Lynda claim was done in the late fall but never signed by their father. 

Andy Bouchard demanded the first $2,500 of the personal injury claim "for his trouble"...

Recommendation: a "lie detector test" to expose false, deceitful an illegal acts....
