                                                       "ILLEGAL" CHAIN

Andy Bouchard installed a very large "illegal chain" on the inside 
of his father's room #6 with instructions to his father NEVER to 
open the door. 

The St. Eustache Manor has a front door intercom security. 
Numerous residents of the manor have an "open-door" policy where 
some residents don't even close their doors, and most leave them 
"unlocked" for safety purposes.

When upset residents called Manitoba Housing, Andy Bouchard was forced to remove the illegal chain on the door as residents were not allowed contact with Lionel Bouchard either, Andy Bouchard so paranoid and fearful his sister would fulfill her father's wish to have him reinstated into his rightful home in Elie....as she had managed to escort him out of the hospital into his home, a week after already being approved for discharge but held at the hospital until his room became available on the first of the month (not being allowed by his evil son Andy Bouchard to return to his home in Elie).
