           argument by Andy Bouchard to his father
           pressuring him to sell the second half of the
           property, promising his father that he could
           remain in his home the rest of his days - a life
           estate which was never registered on title, nor
           the mortgage his father held for five years
           either!

           One shudders to think the consequences in
           dealing with Andy Bouchard had Lionel
           Bouchard passed away prior to Andy
           fulfilling his obligations ~ in light of the fact
           Andy Bouchard was the executor to his
           father's estate at the time.
