- Note: Andy Bouchard claims that he is renting
"month-to-month" to Jack Bock who was
previously living at the Elie Hotel and was
moved to the farm to "block" Lionel's
return. However, in a further affidavit
Andy claims that he had a "lease" with
him.
- Note: Andy's original Life Estate drawn up in
2002 surfaces in Court summer 2008
despite Andy denying its existing prior to
this. Coincidentally however, now there
appears to be an "alleged revision" to
this agreement that his father has no
knowledge of its existence and of which
Lionel claims the signature is allegedly
deemed a "forgery". Andy was absent
from Court and to further stall the
possession order, had his lawyer inform
the court that he possessed a "release"
to frustrate and delay the legal process,
conveniently not available on the day of
the court hearing which deliberately
caused a delay in granting the possession
order for his home.
- Note: Andy eludes to his father living in a "pig
barn". The fact of the matter is that a grant
was given at that time to many locals for
construction of buildings, and this brand
new empty building was converted
into his home after his divorce, when
Andy & Angie Bouchard bought the
original 100 year old house on the farm
for $1 according to the land deed. Lionel
installed oak cabinets, in-floor heating, for
the two bedroom rancher on the other
side of the La Salle River.
- Andy Bouchard orders Jack Bock not to move
out of his father's house
- Order for Possession delayed as Andy's claims
to have a release from his father, which his
father has never seen, and the signature his
father deems another "forgery".
- Andy claims that both the well and the septic
have issues when the well services other
properties, and the septic is fairly new and has a
life span of ten years, all to delay returning to
court while making appearances of negotiating
an agreement
- Andy promises to buy his father a house in
"Elie" to stall the court date. Rather Andy took
his father to register once again to the St.
Eustache Manor which he despised living in
2006!
- Andy offers, thru Claire Demery, $5,000 to
Mike Slegers for "bringing their father over to
them"
- coincidentally Mike Slegers is now harrassing
Lionel Bouchard for $5,000 since Lionel was
escorted out of the province in August 2008
escorted by two private investigators by his
lawyer
- Lionel Bouchard forced to abandon his
claims without counsel who is unable
to get a hold of him as he is kept in "seclusion' in
Keewatin, Ontario at his sister-in-law Margaret
Bouchard, in close proximity to Andy's lakefront
property at Louise Lake!
