LIONEL BOUCHAD ADMITTED ON TAPE HE BELIEVED THEY WERE STOLEN PARTS FROM BLIGHTS IN PORTAGE. A SECOND PARTY ALSO WITNESSED THE SAME EQUIPMENT IN STORAGE AT ANDY'S IN ELIE.....ANOTHER REASON FOR ANDY TO ENSURE HIS FATHER NOT LIVE ON THE PROPERTY SO AS TO KEEP HIS ALLEGED CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES SECRET.
Alleged Stolen Equipment from Blight's Dealership in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba, of South Port. Andy relocated to KoKoPlatz area of Portage La Prairie close to MacDonald's.
A witness, in confidence, fearing for his own life, has come forward alleging "stolen equipment" believed to belong to the Blight's Dealership has seen stored in Andy Bouchard's steel shed on the Bouchard Homestead in Elie, Manitoba - a small primarily French-Canadian town mid-way between Winnipeg and Portage La Prairie on the No. 1 Highway.
It is alleged that this was primary motive for Andy Bouchard evicting his father, Lionel Bouchard from his humble rancher on Bouchard Drive.where he lived for the passed 50 years. In the 1970's, Andy Bouchard brought in a large steel shed on his father's property without his father's permission, at a time when Andy Bouchard was not yet a half owner of his father's property!
Further, it is alleged by a witness that Andy Bouchard has concealed, in his own sheds in Portage La Prairie, South Port area behind a false wall some equipment documentation. At his cottage in Louise Lake, Andy has also stored at unsuspecting neighbors in Keewatin, Ontario, in a shed, a container, let alone whole shipments of equipment diverted from the dealership which to this day purportedly remains in Fargo, North Dakota ~ equipment still unaccounted for and in limbo!
Keep in mind Andy Bouchard has access to numerous blue trucks, rent colored canopies, suitable to move his equipment around incognito and was seen in an older black van in St. Eustache in 2006 when he tailed his sister from B.C. down a dark road & then called the RCMP to interrogate her to keep her from visiting her father at the St. Eustache Manor where his father has just recently cancelled the room Andy Bouchard & Lynda Staub his sister of Rosser forced him to sign up for while recuperating at the Grace Hospital!!!
Question begets itself - are these larger very expensive motors/equipment registered with Winnipeg Land Titles Branch, Personal Property Division, where Andy Bouchard's sister Lynda Staub works and has obstructed timely registration of documents in the past by her very own admission to her stepfather Robert Van Steelant of Stonewall, Manitoba?
In the past, Andy Bouchard has sold combines, falsely misrepresenting the year of the expensive equipment, enabling him to charge for a newer model whereby irate farmers would later discover he had been duped!!!!
It is common knowledge how easily serial #'s can be altered to conceal true identity to avoid tracing.
Witness has further stated that throughout the years various farm equipment trade-ins allegedly never made it back to the Blight Dealership but ended up in Andy Bouchard's possession.. One individual's comments was that Andy Bouchard had more equipment in his yard than his employer Blight Equipment!!!
Andy Bouchard was known to brag about the size of his resources, was in direct competition with his brothers-in-law, Andy Chabot & Gordon Demery of Fisher Branch, Arborg, who also allegedly met the same fate of allegedly being "fired for theft from the dealerships" they worked for over the years, some businesses even going bankrupt as a result of inventory "shrinkage", false doctored invoices, false warranty claims, etc...
