THEFT OF DOCUMENT

"Psychiatric Living Will" stolen by Andy Bouchard at the Headingley Detachment on the pretense of photocopying paperwork which this document he never returned to his sister.

Original document contained signatures from Lynda Staub and Claire Demery who signed as witnesses at the Holiday Inn in Winnipeg on Moray Street, January 29, 2006, just prior to Andy's arrest on two counts of theft of his father and sister's cellular telephones after being informed that his power of attorney had been REVOKED!

This is an outright lie at the top of the page, Sgt. Gibbs witnessed Andy pretend to photocopy some documents, this one he never returned to his sister. This document was sworn on the day left the hospital when Lionel Bouchard introduced to the lawyer Andy hired to open up a personal injury suit - David Bradley - January 27, 2006 shortly after noon who was scheduled to meet Lionel Bouchard in the hospital that day but Lionel was discharged instead and went to his office in the Richardson Building.

The original copy Andy Bouchard stole from his sister at the Headingley Detachment. Lynda Staub and Claire Demery had signed as witnesses at the Holiday Inn on the original which Andy still has in his possession today.

Andy Bouchard was pushing to have his father committed from the onset so that he could put up the property "for sale", property to which he had entered a life estate agreement with his father since 2002,, which he did put up for sale while his father was in the hospital!

When sister from B.C. intervened on behalf of her father after Lionel Bouchard's complaint to her about being forced to move to St. Eustache, Andy Bouchard commenced a fierce campaign to try to "commit his sister in" ~ order not to be exposed for his wrongdoing as he was aware if anyone could stop him, it would be this educated sister from B.C.

In May 2006, Andy Bouchard "coerced/drugged" his father to testify in court, along with himself, against the daughter who was helping him in May 2006 to try have her mentally assessment which Andy Bouchard eventually was successful in getting a judge to order an assessment based on a fabricated list of names, including his own layer Michael Clark, who had never met this sister.

The assessment was 100% favorable, citing a extraordinarily agressive "family dispute" - this after speaking to sister's godmother and cousin who were against Andy Bouchard evicting Lionel Bouchard from his home of over 50 years, common sense and not something Andy Bouchard, his first son, would do if he loved his father would ever do. 

What Andy Bouchard, Angie Bouchard, Lynda Staub, Claire Demery did to their 82 year-old father was cold-blooded, vicious, sadistic, ruthless, callous, inhumane, vindictive, despicable, disgusting, cowardly, and immoral ~ out of sheer greed!

Andy Bouchard refused to honor the life estate agreement he had signed with his father in September 2002 rather wanted to sell the property, which he could have done, all the while still honouring the agreement, but would most likely have obtained less value due to their life-time agreement if his father was living in the humble rancher he had built for his retirement.
