Appeal to "set aside" three
                    Protection Orders.

     Of special interest is the fact that no transcript is available of this hearing....

     Peggy Keough and Margaret Bouchard (sister & sister- in-law) appeared as
     "supporters" to Lionel Bouchard to have the three protection orders
     removed.

     Daughter from B.C. was deliberately not connected via teleconference call, as
     arranged in June 2011, for  the first few minutes of the call at which time the
     Judge had been deceived based on Lionel's false testimony in order to remove the
     three protection orders of which Andy Bouchard had already breeched in
​     Keewatin where Lionel Bouchard had been placed "in hiding" at Margaret
     Bouchard's, in Keewatin, Ontario, in very close proximity to Andy Bouchard's           
     Louise Lake lakefront property.

     In attendance was also a "sheriff" in the court room.

    No transcript available of what transpired in the first few minutes when
    line deliberately disconnected!

     Lionel Bouchard's lawyer had been unable to get a hold of his client. Peggy
     Keough had told him "not to call her again" when requested to pass on
     information to his client, her brother Lionel Bouchard!

     Immediately after the protection orders were removed, a fax was sent out
     revoking all prior powers of attorney.

     This confirms  revoking Peggy Keough's as well....meaning Peggy Keough was
     "used" temporarily for the   purpose to obstruct justice and to give access to
     these abusers to their father who has since been stripped him of all his
     worldly goods, vehicle, rights to his life estate & his mortgage, driver's licence,
     pension  cheque,  right to live in home in Elie firstly, or at the Elie Manor and
     relocated to  an out-of-the way low rental housing high rise on the 8th floor
     (Lionel Bouchard a  farmer!) - in retaliation and out of vengeance for their
     father, (paid for  by his daughter of B.C.) for obtaining the  services of a lawyer
     to enforce his legal rights - which he was FORCED to waive upon his
     premature   return to Manitoba in August 2011 and against his lawyer's
     instructions!
