  Andy Bouchard being a commission salesman, offered this  
  extremely poor record-keeping for the mortgage he owed his
   father, which was also unconscionable "interest free" and "late" in annual payments.  Also the records indicate some payments are for custom combining, whereby his father drove the very "oldest" of Andy's three or four combines at a rate lower   than other drivers.
