  LIONEL BOUCHARD TAKEN TO A NEW PHYSICIAN BY

   Lionel Bouchard has two doctors he has seen over the years.  

   Upon returning from B.C. in September 2011, Lionel
   Bouchard was taken to a new doctor by Lynda
   Staub - one with whom Lionel Bouchad was
   totally unfamiliar with, despite having a doctor in
   Westwood, Dr. Schellenberg, who Lionel has known all his life and
          another in Elie, Dr. Malmstrom....

Lynda Staub deliberately blocked her father's request for a move to spite younger sister's aid to assist her father in the move....then Lionel Bouchard signs a note authorizing Lynda Staub to look after his lodging
- a direct stab in the back to this younger daughter who had been assisting him!!!


Physician recommending Lionel Bouchard be moved for health reasons.
