Andy Bouchard deceived his father by slipping a power of attorney he had initiated himself (according to Lionel Bouchard) beneath insurance and driver licence renewal paperwork!

 Threat of "Child Abuse" to her father "if" he returned back to Manitoba - left on his cellular in B.C.!

Lionel Bouchard nearly suffered a heart attack after hearing the threats left on his cellular by Lynda Staub of Rosser!!!                

- in August 2008, Bob Staub stated to his father-in-law
   Lionel Bouchard that he was"not welcome in my
   home"

- father attended daughter Michelle's wedding December
   2011 service  at the church but not invited to the
   evening festivities

- Lynda, despite being involved in all her father's
  paperwork over the years, deliberately neglected to
  ensure that his "life estate" and "mortgage" were
  registered at Winnipeg Land Titles where she

- at the hospital, Lynda denied Andy and her father's
  agreement was only "verbal" therefore "not
  legal and enforceable"

- Lynda Staub called in her lawyer to witness a power 
   of attorney allegedly initiated by Andy in Portage
   La Prairie for her father to sign. For over 1/2
   hour Lionel Bouchard refused but eventually was
   tricked into doing so by Andy slipping the document
   beneath insurance and driver licence renewal papers.

-  January 25, 2006, in an email after Lynda Staub
    and Andy  Bouchard forced their father to sign a
    rental agreement to Manitoba Housing
    complex in St. Eustache the day prior, as a
    condition of being released, the next morning after
    complaining to his daughter in B.C.  Lionel Bouchard
    asserted his rights to remain in his home.  
    Lynda's email to her siblings clearly states
    "we have a problem, Dad does not want
    to move to St. Eustache".

Lynda Staub has the audacity to buy mineral rights  for $400 after evicting her father from his home - property he had previously sold in December 10, 2007 at the time of his divorce!

This knowledge Lynda Staub would have taken advantage of by virtue of her employment at Winnipeg Land Titles office, her employer of the past twenty plus years.
